Got charged the wrong amount and tried to call the restaurant, no answer. Got two burned cookies too. How can an employee see... these cookies and think that?s ok to give to a customer? Just tell me you?re out of cookies and I?ll save my money next time?. Read more

Ok we have given this place a couple of tries. 1st time we attempted the drive thru, another vehicle was in front of us, we... waited about 10 mins. The vehicle in front of us never recieved anything but drove off, so we pulled up could see workers but wewere ignored after waiting a few more min we left. 2nd time, the neon sign in the front again says the drive thru is open. Wewent up through drive thru, but we saw workers in the window so we went inside. The second we walked through the door the floorwas filthy and the entire shop smells like mold. Shelves were not stocked and the workers were all in the back, literally noone else by us in the store. One gentleman worker came out putting on an apron said just a few minutes and walked back into theback with the other worker. It was about noon which one would think would typically be their rush but again we waited a fewminutes to continue to be ignored so we left. Will not be back. Read more

Every time i visit it never fails The worse customer service! Employees always have an attitude. Apparently the owner does not... care because the reviews have been horrible for years ...This location only remains open because there is no other one close byin the area. When we arrived to the drive thru we waited about 3 minutes no one answered. We proceeded to drive thru window and found the... employees eating. We had placed a online order, which was supposed to be ready 20 minutes after ordering. However at the window,with Rude customer service, they informed us they just received the order. Our order was horrible! I rate this a one start dueto inconsistency, last month we came by(different workers) and we had a amazing experience and the food was great. Simply a horrible experience! Ordered online, but when we arrived at the store, order wasn't ready. Only one employee was trying... to run the store. She was doing online orders, drive thru, and store counter... Worst part - when we arrived home, while eatingour wheat bread subs, what we thought were seeds in the bread... actually were LIVE BEATLES!!! Read more

This is my favorite Subway in the NE they wear masks, wash hands constantly & most employees use gloves too. They are always... really nice and they make the sandwiches correctly. They actually closed at 8 PM not 9 PM like it says here on Google. Read more

If I could give this location a -5 review, I would. This location is an absolute joke. I ordered a meal from Uber eats that was... not only prepared incorrectly , but was missing three other items with my meal I had purchased . Called back today asking tospeak with a manager in regards to the issue, and the same person who prepared my meal incorrectly from the previous dayanswered the phone . I asked again to speak with the manager and he said their wasn't a manager on shift ( again), but rather ashift leader. Before transferring the phone call to the shift leader I heard his background conversation with the "shiftleader" where he gave her implicit instructions to tell her what she need to tell me and he tried down playing his mishap. I lether know as soon as she answered the phone I heard the conversation that just had transpired and I wanted to speak to a managerdirectly and asked for a name. She said she could not provide that. At this point it seems I will have to contact corporatedirectly to address the issue as it cannot be handled at a lower level . I understand employees make mistakes, but the finalstraw for me was the avoidance to issue me a refund for a mistake they made and refusal to let me speak / contact a manager. Iwish I would have googled the reviews of this location prior to placing my order. There is a legitimate reason why this locationhave so many negative reviews, and it starts at customer service . I've been coming here for a few years now but today was laughably bad. My girlfriend went and picked up and online order and had... to get a redo because they were both messed up. Unfortunately, she didn't check the second round and the photos show the qualityof sandwhich we got... still wrong, missing items, more lettuce than tuna.
