My daughter loves subway but this one let me down the sandwich was very small for the kids and my daughter noticed it right away... the bread was also burnt seemed like they just gave her the worst part or left over bread to make her sandwich won't be comingto this subway anymore . Read more

We came in tired and were welcomed to a friendly and clean atmosphere. The gentleman who prepared our sandwiches was polite,... friendly, very patient and helpful. He prepared our sandwiches with care, wrapped them for us really well-there were no leaks.It was so nice and refreshing to see customer service, a smiling person who took the time to treat us with respect. This place closed at 9pm when online hours say 10pm. This was the second subway I went to tonight that closed earlier than... posted hours. Be awesome if they followed the posted online hours or just update it to the correct times. Read more

One of Subway?s best locations for quality of food and service. Store Manager and staff are oriented towards quality and... excellent customer service.. Best of all they are sincerely genuine and courteous individuals who put a lot of pride into theircraft. Often times, it is easy to forget that we are all human, we make mistakes, or fail in some cases. It?s so rewardingto experience humanity at its best and for that I will add, not everyone, including customers, remember to be kind, courteousand respectful. I visit this location off Montwood often because it is clean, always have a positive experience with my order,the employees and quality of food( I?ve been to other stores where many items appear dried out, wilted or the area is dirty andunkempt). While I placed my order online at a different Subway location than I usually go to, I failed to emphasize thisimportant detail and confirm the location of the Subway our current order was being prepared at. An important detail for theperson who offered to pick up our lunch. I sincerely appreciate receiving a call from the store manager Evette who clearly wentabove and beyond to assist my elderly father who went to the wrong location and didn?t have his cell phone on. Naturally, mydad was upset when he realized there was no order at this location placed. While my father is a wonderful man, he can be a lotto deal with when he?s a upset, or worse when he?s hungry. Store manager Evette kindly went out of her way to quickly resolvethe matter and offered to call me. She verified my order and the location. She contacted the other Subway store to confirm myorder was received. Additionally, she took the time and patience to write down the address of the correct store for my father where she confirmed the order was paid and ready for pickup. Saving our lunch, and giving us another reason to choose Subwayover another restaurant. Read more

By: The wife! This location is the location that I started to come to because of customer service.... well tonight I am going to... have to find another location because it was not what am I used to. First i felt rushed its 9PM most of there items were putaway and i felt like the 5 sandwiches I ordered was an inconvenience to them. I understand being young and being a Friday nightto probably rush out as soon as 10PM hits. We wanted 2 meatball sandwiches and there was only enough for one so having two kidsdecide who was taking the last one, the girl kept asking over and over so do you want the one. Mind you no other customers werethere... after the 3rd time I did say we are trying to decide the other. Then they tried to send me with a food long dried breadthat was breaking I asked Marc can you switch it, it's all broken up and you haven't even started making it. I have gone toplaces where the food is not so tasty but the customer service was excellent. This is the reason I started to go over therebecause the one by my house was bad overall!!! Read more

Love Subway...can't stand this location, but I deal with it.... Until today! Walk in and order an Italian herb and cheese and... the woman with the pink hair and tattooed eyebrows kept thinking I was saying grilled cheeses. After I ordered my type ofsandwich she asked what condiments I would like. I tell her light lettuce and she squeezes a ton of mayo. I told her I saidlight lettuce... She then says, you don't want mayo? I said no... Made another sandwich and got that one out of the way...Iorder another type of sandwich. When I begin to pay I ask if they have anymore cookies. She said no. This is 2:30pm by the way!So I get my food and TRY and get my drinks. They didn't have any Tea made so I go for Cherry Coke... Didn't have that either...Already annoyed I ask for my money back because I don't want what they have left for drink options. The girl points to themanager. So I ask her for my money back and she asks why. I said you don't have what I want to drink. She looks inside the teamachine; like I was lying that it was empty and goes to make more.... Just don't know why the other lazy woman couldn't just sayjust a second while I make more. So I get my drinks and I have to go back to the staff for lids for my cups. And to top itoff...a family of four walked out in they middle of their food preparation and said "your dirty and I'm leaving" they did notsee my ordeal so that didn't have any influence on her decision to leave.
