The young woman that took our order was very nice, i believe her name was divine. She was very friendly and took our order... correctly. The one star is for the store itself. There were fruit flies surrounding the drink station. My Boyfriend & I plannedto sit at our original seat that we always sit at when we visit but the table was dirty so we had to move to several differenttables as most of them were dirty. Not to mention, They gave us 3 napkins in total for the both of us. our sandwiches were saucyand i went to ask for more but was told i already got some. Definitely recommend taking a few more minutes down Edgemere to thesubway on Saul Kleinfeld. Read more

Came to their drive through on a Wednesday at 730 pm....no one was in line....girl told me please wait....I did for 20... mins...had to roll back and pull back up to reactivate their bell because I think they forgot about me....she said please waitagain....I did for 5 more mins....she was pretty rude, didn't apologize for the wait....got to the window...see 4 employeesworking but in slow motion. Ordered a couple of sandwiches online, 1 with avocado ($.99). Noticed no avocado (they didn't say anything). Brought this to... their attention because I thought maybe they forgot. Employee asked for the receipt, saw the avocado charge, and then said theywere out of avocado and they couldn't refund the $.99. Asked if we could get something else like a fountain drink or cookie.They said no but offered to remake both sandwiches which they did??? Thought this was odd seeing that they remade the samesandwiches. Doesn't make sense. Read more

Found a long black hair baked into the bread and the employee just sighed and asked what cookie I wanted... No apology or... anything. When I asked if I could just get a drink they offered a bag of chips and still no apology.. Read more

I ordered a Monster & a the Boss on the app arrived at the restaurant & they were not prepared okay no problem so as I parked up... front to wait my food was delivered but when I got home (4 min drive) it was extremely cold. I've never had a cold Philly cheesesteak or cold meatball sub. Do better Subway! Read more

floors are dirty. tables are dirty. not one was clean and had to clean it ourselves. when ordering the staff stopped making our... sandwiches to talk to another staff member about their personal life and wasn't paying attention to what we wanted in oursandwiches. we had to repeat our order several times. the only good thing about this location was the music. We ordered for delivery and our order was all wrong. When my husband called to ask them to correct the order they asked him to... come to the store and bring the sandwiches with him so they can give us a refund. The point of ordering delivery is not to goout. Very unprofessional. The steak sub was steak (still frozen) chees and mayo.. they forgot all the veggies. My daughters subhad everything we didn't ask for.They also fogot the soda and chips. Spent $55 got $20 worth of what we ordered. Read more

Not feeling good about this restaurant right now. I ordered through the app yesterday and they messed up the order. The sandwich... was missing tomatoes and when I called them, they told me to return the sandwich so that they could remake the order. I wasalready at work and couldn't return at that time. I said that I would take a picture of the sandwich, but apparently that wasn'tenough. Moral of the story, check your order before you leave the restaurant. Read more
