Horrible, went there and the girl was really rude on the drive thru, asked for a drink that is on the menu and she said they... don?t have that drink. She give me what she wanted, I returned the drink and ask her again for the other drink I wanted (whitehot chocolate) and she went to ?make again the drink? and she give me the same drink that she gave me the first time. The place is nice but not a place where students can study like in other Starbucks locations. The staff always has the music... with a very high volume, also the staff are always talking to each other and that is not bad but it is not a discreet talk, ifnot on the contrary they are pure shouts and laughter, which distracts too much if one wants to read or is talking while havinga coffee. I do not recommend it to study. Read more

for a location that just opened, customer service is a*s to say the least. I went inside, ordered two iced coffee?s & water with... no ice for my dog. Got the first drink & water, was still waiting a bit for the 3rd. Since i was still waiting on my last drinki stayed by the drink section. The girl saw me still and asked ? what are you still waiting for??? i was kinda shocked becauseshe had an attitude right away & told her i still needed one more drink. She didn?t even say anything, just walked away. whenshe slid me my drink; i assumed annoyed with me for some reason? i let her know that i asked for no ice; she took the water withattitude & slid again my water with attitude again to me. Then went on gossiping about management & school? Something seriousneeds to get addressed with the kids working at this location. I ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew, when I got my coffee I asked the lady how come it didn't have any foam on top like... it always does and she looked at me weird so I decided to just take it. I came to realize they gave me the wrong coffee but Ifelt too uncomfortable to ask for another coffee since the lady at the drive thru window looked like she was having a bad dayand didn't really want to help. This is the first starbucks I've been to where I get this kind of negative attitude which istoo bad because its the one closest to my house. I think I'll go to a different location next time. Super bad service, 25 min wait to get my iced coffee with out ice, and it tasted horrible. I would not recommend this location

I have a early review about this place. I have been coming here since the opened (which is not to long.). I love the costumer... service and the environment. The music is not to loud to where you can?t enjoy yourself. I definitely recommend this place.Everyone should at least enjoy 20 minutes inside to forget about life and feel stress free. Read more

Was waiting for 20 minutes and people after me were getting there orders first, when I tried to ask about my order I was... dismissed and told I would get called. I didn't get a chance to explain my situation. The cashier somehow mistook my name"Bianca" for Lupe. Uh hello how does that even happen they are not remotely similar in any way. Bad service. First day of opening & my Caramel Crunch Frappuccino did not have the crunch it?s supposed to have on top of the whip & to top... it off it had chunks of ice! I hope they get better at making the drinks & add what it?s suppose to come with! It looked messy!! Read more
