The customer service here sucks, my husband just pushed a girl?s car off transmountain and we came here to get water and a... snack, and the girl rudely told me they won?t give trenta waters, I insisted I?ll pay for the cup, she gave me attitude and saidshe can charge it as a custom tea, and charged me $4.28 FOR A WATER. I used to work at Starbucks so I know that when customersare letting you know they?re needing water because they just pushed a car, you?re supposed to ?Surprise and delight? and kindlylet them know that you?re not supposed to but you will this time. 2 cars in front but service was fast. Greeted when we pulled up to drive thru window. Excellent customer service. Drinks were... Amazing & taste. Disappointed after trying to order through the mobile app, it was not working. Then once ready to order they were only accepting... cash. Then they didn't have danishes and or 3 different drinks!! I gave up and left with nothing!! Read more
Ordered coffee with white mocha in it, order was read back to me and they gave me a white mocha latte I said nothing about milk.... Already to far to turn around when I realized and they don?t answer their phone. What people want/expect is what they order notwhat you decide to give them. Read more

This location does not know how to prepare drinks that are requested to have light ice. I have been here a variety of times &... have had the same experience. I have also been to locations in Airway, NE and Mesa & they do light ice as requested. Pleasetrain this location. Staff is very polite & nice but doesn't make up for the fact of not being able to prepare light iceproperly for drinks. Read more
