The customer service here sucks, my husband just pushed a girl?s car off transmountain and we came here to get water and a... snack, and the girl rudely told me they won?t give trenta waters, I insisted I?ll pay for the cup, she gave me attitude and saidshe can charge it as a custom tea, and charged me $4.28 FOR A WATER. I used to work at Starbucks so I know that when customersare letting you know they?re needing water because they just pushed a car, you?re supposed to ?Surprise and delight? and kindlylet them know that you?re not supposed to but you will this time.
