I'm usually always satisfied with this location but my visit today was really disappointing. I'm a very patient and passive... person so I did my best not to cause trouble, and after the barista gave me the wrong drink I politely asked if they couldremake it. The barista seemed aggressive and annoyed when I asked this the first time, and even after the second time they stillgave me the wrong drink. At that point I didn't want to fight it so I just left and I didn't want to waste any product, but itwas disappointing to be treated rudely after my drink was made wrong twice. Read more
Store was clean and the staff were great. My coffee was a weird order, but they made it perfectly.
Service sucked! Took 17 minutes to make a pink drink and 3 cake pops for my daughter. Then I go to counter to ask whats taking... so long, all they said sorry and my deinks would be made asap. Associates are rude and didn?t even care of there mistake. Read more
Just recently I ended up visiting the Starbucks location about 3 months ago and I ended up deciding to stop by today. I've... mainly ordered through the drive through section and I've always ordered my favorite, the Vanilla Bean. This use to be the only location on this side of town and I've always been a satisfied customer. The evening shift closes way... too early (aprox 2 hours before other locations) & in the evenings they run out of some items ( like peppermint) for apeppermint white chocolate mocha my favorite. I'm not blaming the evening shift, I blame possibly that they are limited to howmany items upper management allows them to stock because I know I've experienced it too working for a corporation. Came in today to order something sweet and Jean-Luc was the biggest sweetheart and recommended putting chocolate in my caramel... frap. He was super fun and the rest of the staff was very welcoming as well. I?m visiting from out of town and it was nice toget that El Paso, TX warmth. ?? Read more
Usually this place is good and clean but today I feel like I am sitting in filth. Been here over two hours and someone still... hasn't gotten to this mess by me that was here before I got here. Then all these flies and bugs here. Read more
This being a much smaller location, it has it's challenges for seating. I feel they do great with what they have. Our coffee... and latte were good and presented sufficiently quick. 4 out of 5 because they were not a full grande in size and when paying $5+for a coffee, you should get what you pay for.
