I ordered online, the app told me to wait in a stall and i did. The screen told me someone was on their way with my order but no... one came. They told me i had to go through the drive thru and still wait another minutes there just for my food to come outcold and my shakes melted, whoever the manager was in charge needs to pay more attention! place my order at 7:35 pm and got myorder at 8:15 pm, that's why I placed my ORDER ONLINE! to avoid the waiting line. Absolutely disgusting. This is the corn dog I was served.It has been sitting on rack like a hotdog spinning at 7/11 for who... knows how long.Fries we?re ice cold and extremely greasy. Is this the best they can do at lunch ni less. I called and talked tothe manager and the standard response is we will replace your meal. My kids love sonic. However I am truly befuddled at how it took 4 minutes and 2 different people to order 2 drinks. There were 6... cars ahead of us and it took an actual 25 minutes to get thru the line. With 5 people inside at 6 pm on a Tuesday I was gravelydisappointed. Read more
