Order completely wrong from drive through. The ?person? at window and I say that cause I don?t know if man or woman wearing arm... net sleeves totally inappropriate for a restaurant. Couldn?t understand a word it was saying for wearing a mask that isn?tnecessary. Attitude from hell! I?ll never ever go back here! In fact question sonic as a whole. This sonic sucks. The stalls are NEVER working (or so they say) and the drive through is always a mile long and moves at the... pace of a snail. Plus after waiting forever you?ll probably have your order get messed up. Seriously don?t even bother. Goacross the street to chick-fil-a or McDonald?s where they?ll get you through the drive through at a respectable speed. Read more

Their normal drive up spots were closed and only the drive thru was available. I had ordered a cherry limeade via the app as we... were on our way to the location, with no idea of the circumstances. Because we were on our way to return a rental car, thelength of the drive thru lane was a concern. I walked to the door and asked about my online order and a pleasant young man saidthey could take care of that for me and then did! I was very thankful, pleasantly surprised, and also made it to the rentalplace in time. Read more

I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese breakfast toaster, it took them near 20 minutes, bread wasn?t even toasted and there wasn?t... even any bacon! Tots were salted nicely though. I use to like Sonic but Every time a white person is behind the grill, there?sno salt and pepper in the eggs or just bland food in general but hey, these people want to raise minimum wage but still can?tput in the work. This is one of the best sonics, the food is always well prepared and the food is well put together (burgers). It seems that... someone actually takes their time here. DOWN SIDE the ordering screens are usually broken. Friendliness 8/10, Flavor andpresentation 8/10, Cleanliness and maintenance 5/10. Over all 7.5/10 I do recommend. Read more

Ordered on the app (which I love and wish other restaurants would do also) and when I received my drink it was not correct.... Looked at the receipt and the app order and it was input correctly but they didn?t care to give me the correct drink at all.Instead of a diet cherry Dr Pepper they gave me what tasted like a limeade. Not to mention that I ordered a route 44 and theyfilled the cup almost entirely with ice. Would?ve asked to get it switched out but if they cared this little about getting asingle drink order right they?d care even less about giving me a corrected drink afterwards. Plus I didn?t want anything extrain it. Oh well. I come by here at least once a week and now I Won?t be back. Read more
