On app ordering for shakes, excellent. Skipping the 20 car long line at the drive though, priceless.
-5! Horrible service! The lady brought our order wrong more than once, (3 times) we felt she was doing it on purpose. When we... asked her if she checked the orders before she took them out of the restaurant she simply said ? i don?t make them? rolling hereyes at us the whole time. When we asked for the manager she spoke to us all Spanish even though we had spoken to her inEnglish.. it might of been because we had Mexican plates. She only said ?yeah sorry? and even though she brought us other drinksshe took no bother to anything we said. The new Bacon on Bacon. Very disappointed, Burger was super small and the quarter pounder meats were also super small
Went in the drive-thru placed my order for 2 hamburgers, lady kept on saying chicken nuggets it went on for about 2 minutes, she... finally got the fact that i asked for burgers, but was charging me the wrong burgers, I corrected her which took an otherminute. I asked for one to have no onions and one no mustard, as we drove off my wife opened her burger and there was a hair inthe burger. We went back they laughed and made a new burger I told her no onions, and guess what it had? ONIONS, but at thispoint we drove off and we didn't want to go back my wife didn't eat the burger, so I took a bite outta my burger and it hadmustard I didn't eat it either.
