Recently I order an iced coffee thru the app, however, the app got stuck at the point where I had to type my cubicle's number. Parked in stall 11 for a medium slush and mozzarella sticks and waited for a good 15 minutes so I pressed the button again. They... came to my car and gave me the correct drink but the completely wrong food, ended up with 2 burgers. I then drove up to thedrive thru and they told me they?d get the manager. The manager gives me the correct food but proceeded to ask me to return thewrong food back. I?m sorry but you wasted 30 minutes of my time and couldn?t have at least given it to me as an apology ???? SO ANNOYING! Repeated my order to the female MULTIPLE times. I pulled up to the window and she proceeded to read me the... COMPLETELY WRONG order. After correcting her for the THIRD time, I got my items. She gave me the wrong sizes and even forgot togive me my ice cream which I had to ask for AGAIN as I left. I didn?t even get a spoon for my ice cream I got a STRAW for it.Honestly this was extremely frustrating for me. Don't go here! This is the worst Sonic ever! The two times I've tried them they've ruined my order. First a burnt corn dog and... over cooked fries, the 2nd time I ordered a queso burger, they gave me a cheese burger with lettuce and a tomato, then threwsome hatch chillies on it. The kids meal was over cooked too. When you call the number on the receipt, to speak to a manager, no one answers, ever! If I could give less than 1 star I would. The drive through attendants spoke nice, but the cooks must notknow the menu. Read more
