Stopped by to finally get me some Skinny\'s BBQ, had the El Flaco Combo, boy was that a delightful plethora of flavors combined... all into one. Brisket, pulled pork, sausage, and the sauce with Chile queso ???? I mean I couldn\'t put it the sandwich down.Yeah it was but messy but I came here to get my hands dirty and my belly filled and I did just that. I\'ll be back for more. Very good! Staff was very nice from the moment we walked in and helped us with recommendations as it was our first time! I... believe the owner was there as well and he was incredibly nice as well. Very friendly service! I had the brisket sandwich. The brisket sandwich was great, not too smokey, just right, and the bread is... locally sourced! The pork ribs were also tender and tasty, not over seasoned, you taste the oak and pork! And don\'t forgetabout Skinny\'s pepper blend sauce as it compliments the dish. Enjoyed a delicious dinner from Skinny\'s tonight. The brisket was very well seasoned, moist and super flavorful! The barbecued... chicken was succulent, smokey and tender. As for the sides, we enjoyed the mac and cheese, which were made with shells, so theywere perfect vessels for the cheesy goodness. I also had the bean which were absolutely delicious. The bonus was the price forthe portion. The Texas two step was super filling and the price was well worth it. Highly, highly, highly recommended. 10 outof 10, for sure. Read more
