The service was the only good thing we experienced here. Husband and I went on a Sunday eve so the place was empty but our food... still took about 40 minutes to come out. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan which was barely breaded and pretty blandtaste-wise. Some of his sides were over-cooked, some under. The best Italian restaurant in El Paso. The food is delicious & everything is home made (pasta, sauce, etc). I tried the chicken... Chicken parmesan & a Parmesan cheese pasta and both were really good. The drinks are delicious too. They don't have a kids menubut they are a family friendly place. The staff was great specially Francisco & they also have live music several nights of theweek. This was my first time & will definitely be returning soon, so happy I found this place. Read more

We went in at around 7:05 and were told that it would be a 10-15 minute wait. We asked if we could wait at the bar. The host... walked by 3 times, completely ignoring us, and then my boyfriend went up and asked him if he had a table yet. There were about 5tables seated in the restaurant. It had been about 20 minutes and we saw the host goofing off with one of the servers. Hecompletely forgot about us. We waited about 20 minutes for our first round of drinks at the table, then we?re told there was nobread for the night. NO BREAD? At an Italian restaurant. Our entrees were okay, pretty dry and I had to add a lot of salt andpepper to my dinner, which I normally never do. When I changed my mind about not getting dessert, the server seemed prettyunhappy. Their priority is not on serving any of the customers but mostly on major catering events for the hotel, and on theirphones and each other. Would not recommend. Read more
