This experience was so bad . I understand yall are busy but wow. My Cajun rice was just regular rice . My biscuit was so hard I... could us it as a weapon. My Mac and cheese was burnt like that aunt who think she can make Mac at the BBQ but you end upthrowing the plate away upside down . I won't fault the workers for having a stank attitude. But it was so bad like last weeksgarbage. And end it you forgot my dipping sauce straight dory status . Forget to have good customer service forget to put theCajun in the rice . Forgot to take the Mac out before it burned . To end I try to call to get a resolution and no voice mail setup yall even forgotto set up your vocie mail box . The beignet were okay tho . Read more
Drove a fairly decent distance for some nuggets and I was told they were closed at 10:03pm when everything here says... 10:30pm. Please keep your hours updated if you?re changing them around due to staff or whatever the case may be. We ascustomers assume your hours are correct and commit to driving with the expectation of receiving food. Not the end of the world,but very critical that you keep your information updated. Read more

I am rating this based on the fact it is a drive-fast food joint so the ratings should compare to the same type of place but not... a restaurant.. I rarely have problems with the order and they are more efficient than the Popeye's ok Mesa which occasionallybecomes very slow. We do dine-in sometimes with a 4 year old for fun and it is kept clean. Read more
Always hot and fresh. I love the chicken from Popeyes. Unfortunately the service is slow and.... Disorganized. 3 times in a row... I received the wrong flavor (spicy vs original). And they've left off special requests like extra pickles. I know they're shortstaffed so I just leave blow it off and enjoy anyway. But if you're more particular, definitely check your order at the window. Read more
