On more than one occasion having both ordered in person and via UberEats the employees at this particular Popeyes have failed to... provide parts of the orders or given incorrect items entirely. Parts that shouldn?t be forgotten such as a drink and orincorrect items (i.e not Spicy chicken when requested) Don?t be surprised when customers hold up your line to verify that everyitem requested and paid for is included or seek a refund for the lack of accuracy on your end as an establishment. I've tried Popeyes many times, I love the fried chicken and sandwiches. However, I tried their tenders for the first time the... other day and it was disappointing. I put in an order to pick up at 8:35 this evening after I got off work. Unfortunately, I got off way later than I was supposed... to. I arrived at this Popeyes location around 9:15 to finally pick up my order. The woman at the window apologized to me that myfood had been sitting so long, though it wasn?t her fault at all! I explained the situation about work and she very kindlyoffered to make me a fresh, hot meal as long as I didn?t mind waiting a few minutes. I greatly appreciated her kindness thisevening and going above and beyond to give me a hot meal. Excellent service from her and the young man who brought the food tomy car.
