Service is bad ????. Food is Oki. Dirty tables. Food order took forever. Two other order come first after I order first . Death... flies everywhere on the windows. This was my first time at Popeyes and I was disappointed ??. I just read other bad reviewsabout the employees not caring about customers and I totally agree with them ????. Need Better Management. Probably not comingback here again. Read more

Awful place!! We gave this location several chances to improve. Today was the last. We were the only customers in the lobby and... they took our order and forgot about it. Because they forgot our fries were cold. They were out of ketchup, Then even though wewere the only people in the lobby our order was wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager the young woman was apathetic! Iasked for a refund and left without eating! Read more

So as with most Popeyes in El Paso the employees could really give two craps about being at work. I told the lady I didn't want... any of those miniature pieces and she said our chicken is what our chicken is. If you can't hire people that want to be at workwhy don't you just close down locations. The slackness of Popeyes employees at almost all locations in El Paso is quite evident.Cajun Rice needs to be available all year round and you need to teach the El Paso cooks how to cook Cajun Rice so it's not driedor has too much of the ingredients put in. It should be moist very moist. I have been eating Popeyes since the 70s when I livedin New Orleans and today's Popeyes is a far cry from what Mr Copeland originally invented. Also always check your sides to makesure they're full. Most of the time they're only filled up three quarters of the way. Popeyes has been this way since before thepandemic in El Paso. Actually for the past 15 years since I've lived here. Read more

Ordered a 5 piece tender and somehow got a 4 piece of thigh and drumstick. Apparently the number #4 on their menu in the drive... through isn't correct to the actual menu. Read more

The Montana and Tierra Este location cuts off all the lights?sign, exterior, drive through menu and closes the dining room... blinds at10pm. The drive thru person was extremely rude, letting me know my patronage was not appreciated as they were ready togo. I will not frequent this establishment again. Read more
