Ordered through their app at 11am to pick up my order at 12:30pm. I noticed a notification that my order was ready to be picked... up by 11:30am. I am at work, I can't go pick it up. So I called them and have them put it in the fridge because I am not aboutto eat raw fish that has been sitting out for an hour. I asked the employees and they told me that they make the orders as soonas they come in because that's what their manager said to do so. I understand having it ready 15-20 before pick up time, butthey started making it and hour and a half before pick up time. So if at 10am you place an order to be picked up by 3pm, justknow your order is gonna be made at 10am. And if you have ever saved left over poke, you know what happens to the rice once itstarts getting old and cold. Not very appealing. Read more
i love this location! this recent time i visited pokeworks, i was helped by a nice young lady who recommended me a delicious... signature bowl! the whole crew gave such great customer service and my bowl looked too pretty to eat!! the spams were so goodand i topped off my lunch with the coco dessert which was absolutely delicious! such a clean, fun environment to relax and havea spectacular meal with friends and family served by awesome people!! Purchase two large bowl n well they do not look large missing rice n spicy tuna mentioned it to the girl making it n totally... ignored me, and even at check out I mentioned it and still charged me for large, horrible experience would not recommend at allfor 31.39 just take your business some place else Read more
We always stop here when we are in the local area. The staff is always super helpful, and we?re thankful they turned the music... volume down on our last trip here, it makes it much easier to hear the staff with the masks on! I placed an order at 7:53 pm and didn't receive it until after 10 pm. The food was not great, like it was just sitting out for a... couple of hours, I was afraid to eat my food, I didn't want to get food poisoning. I couldn't even eat the sweet and crispyshrimp. The breading on it was gross and gummy, it was white and smelled like raw flour, like it wasn't fried at all. They alsoforget the sauce for the shrimp. This was a waste of time and $63. I will never order from here or through DoorDash again. Read more
Love this Poke. During COVID couldn?t see the employees face but even then he made sure to give us the best service. Offered... great choices while maintaining safe and sanitary. Great job and delicious fresh ingredients like always. Read more
Despite the fact that food was delicious, I was disappointed with the portions served. The employees were new, maybe reason for... the lack of knowledge on how to proportionally measure the ingredients. I paid $36 for two small portions. The plastic bowlswere a little over half full as compared to the ones on the pictures. It will take a while before I give it another try. Read more
