Let customers know when their food is delivered. I know it?s contactless, but when I don?t hear a knock or get at least a text,... how do you just leave the food outside? And when I called the store and they gave me as much effort to solve the problem as theydid delivering (which was none at all), I knew I just wasted my time and money. I?m adding a star because the manager, Brenda,was very kind and helpful and offered to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the cashier that ?helped? me with my new order was sorude I honestly wonder why she?s working there. If you don?t want to deal with customers, don?t be in the service industry. I?ma manager as well and I?d be furious if my team members treated anyone like that. So, again, unfortunately, I won?t be goingback. I don?t want anything, just for management to know they need to correct their cashier. Read more

I called and wanted to place an order for delivery, on the websites menu it doesn?t say the price for the food so I asked the... lady on the phone how much a regular pepperoni pizza was and she didn?t talked. I said hello like 2 times and she hung up.Horrible service. Read more

My son completed a reward from the Book It program and I decided to choose my nearest location. Never again. The lady at the... front? Absolute garbage customer service skills. Totally ruined the experience for me. I?ll gladly drive out of my way than toever use this location again. Read more

We arrived to this place and we thought it was closed. It should've been a sign, no cars in front. We walked in a gentleman told... ua he'd be with us in a few minutes. We'll a few minutes passed the 12 minutes we hit the 25 minute marker and he never showedup. We just got up and left. We were planning to dine in, as we used to do so at Pizza Hut restaurant on Montana acrossAlbertson's. I don't know why they have booths and tables when they don't tend to patrons. They cater to grubhub, door dash,Uber eats and disregard people wanting to dine in. Very very disappointed. Can't say much about food because we didn't get toeat we left. And thanks to that bad experience we went to Grimaldi's and had a fantastic time. Read more

It was supposed to be curbside pickup. We went online and notified we were in the appropriate parking. We saw another man in... same parking have to go inside to pick up his pizza. After 10 minutes waiting we went inside and were told it would be another10 to 20 minutes. Our online order stated pizza would be ready in 20 minutes and we got there at exactly the 20 minute mark. Wewent back to the car and waited. 10 minutes past and we went back inside. Another man had entered and was there to pick up hispizza. He was told it would be an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Once he left we were able to get our pizza. Her comment was theywere understaffed. I can understand this and have no problem with the wait. But when we ordered online somehow there should havebeen some indication that curbside pickup was not available. We would not have minded waiting however not knowing that thatoption was not available and waiting outside in our car with no notice was not acceptable. Read more

Placed an online order for a large pizza with 4 toppings. Specifically asked for a well done pizza under special instructions.... Pizza does not look close to fully cooked much less well done. Chewy dough, several slices of pepperoni that look like theynever saw an oven and bits of cheese that retained their grated form. Lame pizza. Read more
