Service was prompt and polite. Food was timely and delicious. I Ordered the Steak Pho, Vieteggrolls, and Vietnamese iced coffee.... The broth needed no additional seasonings! The eggrolls and a nice this rice paper it was wrapped in and then fied toperfection!! It was phenomenal!!! I will be coming back tomorrow for the Steak and Brisket Pho before I leave El Paso! I'm not sure if it's sign of the times or I came in on a bad day, but some items were not available, and I was told that the... combination is out of tendons. The taste and texture of the noodles and meat itself were OK, but this was the only time I'veever been served pho without basil leaves (only sprigs of cilantro and bean sprouts), and the broth was lukewarm. I saw something extremely disgusting! This used to be one of my favorite places to go! About 2 weeks ago. I went with my... coworkers and when I was in line to order. Two ladies were ordering and I saw them talking low with each other. When I turnedaround. I saw this older man doing inventory and he had green long disgusting nose booger. He touches it tries to clean it withhe?s own hand. it he just got it all over the hands and face and had more! then he goes to the kitchen. I see he grabbing thespoon and serves food to go! The two ladies saw the same thing cancel right i the spot, me and my coworkers saw the same thingand we left ! Its good but i not gonna trying to get sick! The place is not clean at all ! Especially with that disgusting oldman. People say because is close to Dyer can?t hope for much. But not being clean and decent is not an excuse!
