We call to orders for To-go like 15 minutes before leaving. When arriving at the restaurant and asking for to pick up, they act... confused and don't know what to do. They ended up just writing the order but didn't make it. Have to wait there another 10minutes for the order to be made, when it should have been done like 15 minutes ago. Also, for the dine in, there are take 10-20minutes for the server to ask or come to your table. They didn't pay attention to customers. Some of the employees are just ontheir phone or talking behind the counter. Food is great, but customers' services really need to be improved or trainedbetter. P.S. The vegetables are given so little, like not so different if not given. Read more
Jasmine really brightened our evening with her friendly service and thorough knowledge and menu recommendations. Which was great... because we had decided to venture away from our usual picks and try completely different dishes. We had scrumptious shrimpspring rolls. Very soft, warm pork banh mi, the grill taste on the pork was a pleasant treat. Then chicken pho was on point. Wealso tried their chicken wings; the order came with 6 or 7 crazy crispy, moist wings (I loved the crunch!) and a side of ranch.We then wrapped dinner up with a deliciously refreshing honeydew boba tea. Waiting time it was to long, just to get a table, even when they already had a table ready. A server named Ángel it was very... poor in people skills and to slow to get a table, she didn?t get my name on the waiting list and it was lagging with other ofthe girls when I asked her name. I love the place and food, but the service always is very poor. Read more
Ordered lemon grass tofu with vermicelli, clay pot fish and lettuce wrap with shrimp. The first item came with vermicelli and... veggies only without any lemongrass tofu (Picture enclosed). The second item came with very little fish and sauce but perhapsthe portion size for this item could be small. The third item came with a piece of lettuce and 7 pieces of shrimp. Called therestaurant and reported the problem. The person who answered the phone conveyed that the manager was certain that tofu was sentwith the order! Tofu must have jumped out of the bag. The waitress wasnt polite had bad attitude and wasn't very friendly. We saw her about three times the entire visit she didn't... keep up with drink refills and took about 10 minutes to bring the chili paste, I had to get up to ask for sugar because thetable didn't have sugar for the ice tea. It took about an hour and a half for the food to be brought to the table and everythingwas completely cold then took another 30 minutes for the food to be brought out again. The dining area wasn't even full foreverything to be that backed up. The food was amazing but the overall experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Read more
Haven?t been here in awhile got my regular pork grilled vermicelli and was disappointed. I basically got an iceberg lettuce... salad with grilled pork and noodles. No more cilantro and picked veggies. Barely any cucumber and carrots. Changed the wholedish and the reason I came. Read more
Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious, well-decored interior. Cuisine is authentic and filling. One of the few pho dishes that... doesn't have me hunger in an hour or two. All the meats in combo were cooked right, noodles were firm, , and water was at righttemp. Condiments were fresh. Sauces and spices were the usual suspects. Read more
We hadn?t come here in a bit but we were so excited. This was one of our favorite places to come to. Right from the get go the... hostess was incredibly rude. A Spanish speaking couple came in and she was so rude to them. She sat us down and then proceededto be super rude when asking us what we wanted. We honestly didn?t even stay.
