My daughter choked on a token, but luckily a gentleman there was familiar with the Heimlich and jumped into action. She is fine... now. That said, I'm sure they have to fill out some sort of report, yet nobody who works there approached us at all. Not eventhe police officer working the front door. Sasha manager had pizza in front of her for so so long until I approached her to cancel my oder at 7:30 when and she was quick... to cancel the order with no remorse no apology nothing at all an employee mentioned mentioned my order had been sitting therefor quite some time but she ignored him to not look bad which is very upsetting because we waited well over and hour for somepizzas and wings the worst part is not the wait is the smugness from the manager to think she is better then customers. If shewould Have just Apologized and said she would check on my order I would have understood but the way she acted it made me feelembarrassed I can understand how I go in pay for my stuff and the mess up and make me feel that way shame on Peter PiperManagement Need Better Training!!!! Went here for a birthday party and a lot of the machines were not functioning properly, they'd take your money and not work, or... they were completely inoperable; there was lots of stuff taped up, & "pizza boxed" up. The worst part of it all is: my kids, myhusband and myself got sick from the pizza. I had one slice and felt nauseous and hot immediately and my 2 year old got a feverand vomiting within 7 hours. The only plus side of this establishment was the customer service; despite the constant botheringfor them to fix the continuous issues that ensued with the poorly taken care of games, they were still polite and even friendly.The manager here really needs to take some pride his "management" of this place. Went to a birthday party and seemed like it was over booked. You could not walk through any of the tables set for the parties. I... would not recommend for a birthday party at any time. Too small and too crowded. Look for a larger Peter Piper Pizza if you andyou party would like to be comfortable. Read more
Finally their old hot wings are back!!! Thanks for bringing them back because we had stopped going after tasting the new wings... they were substituting with. Finally can enjoy the original Peter piper wings that I love!! Place just needs to be on top ofcleanliness in the restaurant lately but overall enjoyed our last visit! Read more
Not the best and can?t be much worse. First, the coins given to us was the incorrect amount from our purchase. Then they weren?t... sure what our order was because they handed the same order number to another customer. Probably about 10% of the games wereinoperable and probably another 10% failed to give out tickets. It was crowded and overrun with ill mannered 12 year olds. I sawsome lady who was just in her socks and appeared to be homeless walk in, grab leftover pizza left in someone?s booth and scurryout. I definitely don?t see myself taking my family back there. Over 40 percent of the games were broken. Other than that the food and service was good.
