I ordered fried chicken , and this is the mess i ended up with....NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY AT THIS PLACE
Waited for 30 minutes for Chow Main, asked the server why other people who walked in way after me were served before me. Food... was okay but service was terrible. Use to be lunch special came with tea and was Very reasonably priced. Now price went up andno tea. No Happy ending but I feel I got screwed. Will not be returning!! Read more
Good quality used to be pretty decent. Must have hired a new cook recently. We?ve never had an issue with the food or customer... service until today. We ordered delivery, got our food about 20 minutes after they said we?d get it. I understand they get busyand don?t have a lot of staff, so that part didn?t bug me. What DID bother me was the fact that my very first bite of rice wasgritty and when I looked through honestly my rice, there was giant chunks of eggshell. My fiancé ordered his fried rice with noveggies and still got them anyways. Ordered something small for my daughter, her rice also had eggshells in it. The only thingthey were willing to do was give me $5 off my next order and send one new rice to my house when all three orders were messed up.$5 off really isn?t enough to get me to WANT to order there again. Ate here recently and very disappointed in the quality of the food and service. I ordered a dinner special to dine inside the... restaurant and ordered hot tea as well. The tea cup and pot were greasy and covered in dust, the hot and sour soup I orderedvery salty, the chicken and beef I ordered for my appetizers were very tough and dry, and the orange chicken I ordered wasswimming in sauce and was flavorless. Convenient location. I ordered Moo Moo Gai Pan with fried rice, eggdrop soup, and egg rolls. The egg rolls were great, the soup... was a little bit salty and I did not dig the fried rice. Read more
I do not recommend this restaurant. They are extremely sketchy. On the menu, it says that entrees come with soup. But if you... order an entree to go, they charge you for the soup. It doesn't say anything about that on the menu, and they don't warn youabout that, they just charge you. It's an overpriced, dingy looking, hole-in-the-wall, and the quality of the food does notmatch the prices. On top of that, the woman who works the cash register is utterly rude and unhelpful. I'm well aware they won'tcare because clearly they don't care about much when it comes to their job, but I will never be returning to this"establishment". Read more
