Horrible customer service by the manager. I walked in to order and didnt see 1 single anywhere employee. I waited for someone to... come out for a while. After a significant amount of time of not seeing an employee I went to knock on the kitchen door to askfor service. The manager finally came out. But rather than being apologetic, he was rude, condescending, and said they arevery busy. (There was 1 table eating in the whole place ). Based on my experiences here, the food has been extremely good. Everything was fresh and our orders fulfilled accurately. Good... customer service. Restaurant pretty clean. No issues occurred. Would recommend this spot and would return again. Read more
This place use to be so good! Now the lo Mein doesn?t look like lo mein it looks like the packaged ramen, it has zero taste, the... fried rice too. It tasted like it was frozen and defrosted and watered down. The only thing that was decent was the fewfirecracker chicken bits but then they tasted terrible when they mixed with the water from the noodles. Wasn?t worth the priceanymore. Read more

Took my mom out for a little after mother's day lunch and she got the chicken pad Thai and you can clearly see the laziness of... the cooks as they didn't shop up her green onion "stalks" they didn't season the chicken and last time I checked pad Thai wassupposed to be thick and have peanuts and other ingredients in it other than chicken and noodles...the cups they gave us arealso very leaky and it's quite dead and most of the tables are dirty the staff here is clearly very lazy. And what's with thedine in plastic plates we still doing pandemic stuff here or?? Read more
I haven't been to Pei Wei in several years, I was very happy with my visit today. I had the beef & broccoli with the egg... noodles, and it was quite delicious. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the beef was tender and extremely flavorful. Wealso had the spring rolls with the sweet chili sauce, which were very tasty. I'll make sure it won't be another several yearsbefore I visit again. Read more
We've never eaten at Pei Wei before and got their curbside. We ordered the Family Bundle. Everything smelled and looked alright... we first opened it at home. I took a bite and immediately a musty taste filled my mouth. When I looked at the food that was leftspiked on my fork, I found this pod. It looks like it was molded and then cooked. I shared my section with my 2yr old son andimmediately removed it from his plate upon realization. My husband like his enough to eat all of his side. Meanwhile, I've feltsick since the first bite and my son keeps saying "My tummy hurts". This was our first experience and sadly we won't bereturning. Read more
It was Friday, it was around 1:30PM, we walked in, looked at the menu, figured out what we want to order, walked up to the... counter. A male employee walked over, got behind the counter and at that very moment, the phone rang, he said he would be withus just a second and started taking the phone order. He walked away from behind the counter when he finished taking that phoneorder, walked over to the kitchen area. Few minutes later, he returned and went straight over to a female who just walked upand asked if that female were picking up an order. He went and took care of her. To that lady, he was probably very attentivesince she was in and out within minutes, while we had been standing there at the counter for close to 10 mins. He said thankthat lady and came over to the section of the counter we were standing at. Think he start taking our order? Think again. Hestarted doing things on the computer, mumbling something to himeself. I got so uncomfortable and frankly, it was just weird hewas mumbling to himself as if I wasn't there in front of him, I had to take a few steps away from the counter. After he gotdone with the screen, he finally turned his attention to me. I don't ask for much. I am perfectly okay with you not saying hito us when w first walked in, go ahead, give me a few seconds to browse your menu. But after that, he should have put thatphone on-hold, afterall, I got to the counter before that phone rang, he should have told that lady who was picking up her orderthat he would be right with her. I am doing my best not to think my ethicity have anything to do with him ignoring me. Thiswasn't the first time I order from this Pei Wei, but this visit sure will be my last. And please don't get me start on thelittle paper signs they had all over the little wall that dividing the kitchen and the dining area, they were covered in grease,food and other things that I couldn't tell you what they are by just looking at them...no, I wouldn't Read more
