This is the second time they cancel my order. They close at 11PM, I ordered at 10:34 so still within the closing time right?... Just lazy workers who don?t like to WORK. I love Papa John's. But in this particular location don't provide parmesan cheese. I love parmesan cheese on my pizza.
Slow service. They will string you along but in reality whatever they tell you triple it. I waited 20 minutes when I was told 5... minutes. Meanwhile the person who told me kept rushing to his phone. Keep in mind I arrived at the exact time I was told myorder would be ready. Read more
Tried ordering online and it wouldn't allow me to check out so I called to place an order. Called the first time and was on hold... for 7 minutes before hanging up, the second time I was on hold for 9:15 min before they hung up on me. Will never order fromthis location again. With all the recent changes due to covid-19 we are being understanding to any delays that can be encountered while having food... delivered. However this store was less than cooperative this evening. Spoke to the acting manager for the day and he wasextremely rude when I called to voice my concern when our food took over 1hr and 30 min to be delivered. I spoke to the driverwith in 40 min and explained to him what gate would allow him access into Fort Bliss and verified address with him at that time.We did not get our pizzas until 50 min later. Called the store and was treated rudely by the acting manager because my order wasplaced online. Very poor service offered by Papa Johns today. Read more
Pizza was good however it is about $12 more than similar pizzas at Domino's. I not sure it's worth that much more.
