Ordered online and got an item cancelled due to the location not having it. Manager refused to work the issue out with us via... the phone when we requested to have the item replaced. His solution was to delete the item they didn?t have but recharge thereplaced item and charge an extra delivery fee on top of it all. We cancelled and grabbed Pizza Hut instead. Horriblemanagement. And from the looks of it on the other bad reviews, corporate doesn?t really care to fix issues. Sad. Read more

Ordered carry out. The order was done by the time I got there. It had the same great taste as it does in Colorado. Papa... John's pizza is one of the pizzas my wife can eat without it bothering her lactose intolerance. That is the primary reason weorder from them. They didn't have the $8,99 special we're use to. I placed a order for a bacon and pepperoni pizza and waited for about 25 minutes just to receive a pizza with one of the... toppings incorrect. I am greatly disappointed. I received ham instead of bacon. Read more

This may be the best Papa John?s location we have ever ordered from (although ordering online was not working & when you call it... goes to a call center). Delivery was quicker than expected. The driver wore a mask, left the pizza on the chair near the door& stayed more thank 6 feet away waiting for us to open the door, very cool. The pizza maker are like artists. Great customer service.. No extra pepperoni that i paid for.. Also just make sure when you ask about any extra dips purchased... MAKE SURE you double check your order ...i asked the employee she said ya there in the boxes didn't think anything..got home 30min away..and no sauces:( not gonna waste my time to go all the way back..
