Raised the price of soft drinks to more than they are worth. Food price increase rough but more understandable.
This Mcdonald's had really poor service and was dirty. The fountain for drinks was broken and they didn't care at all. When... getting to get attention from an employee it was almost impossible. So things like napkins were hard to get. The good was goodbut not exactly as ordered. Read more
I go here all the time, since it?s one of my pregnancy cravings but lately they have been doing a terrible job. They somehow... don?t hear what you say, make the food wrong and catch attitude. Then take the food back and fix it. It?s supposed to go in thetrash and you get a new one. This use to be the best McDonald?s but not anymore, especially Night Shift. Read more
This place is a disorganized disaster. Ordering is hit or miss. If you're the only person in line its find, if you're not good... luck. In the drive thru? Don't go to the outside lane when they're busy. There's a 50/50 chance you'll sit there yelling at thespeaker and nobody will answer. If you're sitting there for more than 30 seconds just pull up to the window, because they'reignoring your existence. Then they take forever to get your order. I understand you can be busy but it seems more like thepeople taking orders are confused, you pull up to the window and see two people at the register. When you do get the order takenthey're constantly getting mixed up with what order belongs to who. That mix up seems to spill over to the people handing outorders, because it seems like they have to fix the screwups and it slows down the process of them handing your order. Lazy lazy lazy. Is it my fault that YOU misheard the order? Said crispy chicken deluxe in the drive thru. They hand me spicy... chicken. I said I was willing to pay for the right one. Instead they had me park, wait a bit then they brought out THE SAMESANDWICH with the same Spicy sauce only this time they threw in the lettuce and tomato. The whole point is NOT to have thespicy. I get it we're tired, but it's NOT the same thing. I left and I know which McDonald's sucks. C'mon Sunland Park. Read more
Honestly I am very surprised that my food was made hot and fresh. Nothing was missing from the order and they even gave me my... hot coffee with the right amount of cream and sugar. Manager was chilling even though she could have cleaned the tables beforeshe sat down. I was there between 7:20pm- 8:20pm. Read more
