Food was delicious my only complain is that I got a Large Caramel Frappe and they didn't even fill it up all the way so it looks... like I had gotten a medium instead. This McDonald's was packed with kids and so I understand that they were busy but the wholetime I was there I didn't see anybody sweeping/cleaning the tables after someone was done eating. I absolutely adore this McDonalds location, I come here specifically for the good vibes because it?s always a pleasure to visit... every time! This location is *ALWAYS* clean & the staff are super friendly, the cashier, Joshua, is really attentive to anyonewho walks in & was quick to assist when I asked for a little bit of help. Plus some of their staff will help me practice mySpanish when I order or when I?m waiting for my food - which is awesome!!! I give mad props to the managers on duty, thank youguys for building such great teams that treat us customers like we?re part of the family :) Read more
Went to buy Adult Happy Meal, they no longer sell it here, despite just literally having watched the advertising. Ordered... Quarter Pounder meal, they added bacon without my asking. No biggie there. Ordered a Minute Maid smoothie that I saw advertisedon their window as I drove up, guess what? They didn't have that either. What's the point of advertising products you don'thave? I ain't ran the other night in the rain and got soaked to get to the doors to find out that they were already closed and I know... how it is to close but you got tofollow policies, If the schedule says you close at 10:00PM??? that means you close at10:00PM!!! I went the other night soaked and It was 5 min till 10:00PM, Of course the guy went out to go talk to his manager andtook his time just to waste more time and so of course when he came back he said he couldn't allow me to go in and I thoughtthat I was just VERY unprofessional on their part.. It's always dirty, the floor was sticky, and you can tell right away that they don't care. I stood there for some time just to... ask them for more Ketchup packets and I could see all the employees were laughing and joking. They were having the time of theirlife. Yes work should be fun place but when you just go there to fool around and laugh while u have the work place looking liketrash and have ppl there waiting for you... It doesn't look good. They need to improve and hire ppl who will be more dedicatedto the company's name. It's not just a work place for these teens to work and get money... There should be someone who canmanage them well and keep order. Read more
Horrible McDonald's.. they only have young kids working there and they really don't have the urgency to get your food out fast. ... They have kids in the front taking orders and have a hard time using the system. The food is always cold especially the fries.They need better management. Read more
Got a Big Mac and a crispy Chicken sandwich with small fries. They both came with tomato and lettuce. Very good. The fries are... always good. It was rather busy but the crew was working hard and got things done fairly quickly. Read more
Terrible experience sold me a burnt expired apple pie! Large vanilla coffee wasn?t what is should be, went back kindly spoke to... manager and I got ruined coffee again and another apple pie ?not burnt? but no apology or anything from manager at all! thisisn?t the only time I?ve had a problem at this location, they also stop selling ice cream by evening!
