They make you order with kiosk even if your paying cash and take hours to get you order out all I ordered was a mcrib and a... happy meal and I've already been waiting for about 30 minutes. And also the restaurant is very disgusting. Their play area hasthe biggest mess. Read more

If I could give them zero stars I would . Uneducated and full of attitude employees .tried getting the number to manager because... my calls where being answered by the rude employee .all the employees covering for her as well .they refused to give me anynumbers or times managers would be in . The woman taking the orders today october 9 in the am is absolutely rude and very muchlacks manners and uneducated . I hope who ever she is ,she gets fired and never works with people again . She should be placedin a underground factory with hobbits .you want employees so you settle for these half brained people . worst McDonald's I ve been to and I've been to many all over the World! the inside of this location was so dirty.. I orderd over... the mashine to DINE IN with the table number.. first off they are to lazy to walk to the tables to bring the food instead yellthe number and have it packed to go. When i walked up, there was a few orders... no one seemed to care they were just chattingwith each other.. after my 5th Excuse me they finally 'noticed' me.. If I could put zero Stars I would. I've been going to this McDonald's for a long time now because my grandbabies want their... Happy meals. Apparently there are thieves there and will shortchange you your money. It was very busy and there were a lot ofpeople there and I have my two grandchildren with me so I grabbed the money and threw it in my purse. Then when I got home andrealized that money was missing I tried calling to complain but nobody answered. I had to go back to complain to the manager andthe manager blamed me for not counting my money.... They have fees there and he didn't even bother to try to count the till oranything!!! I will start off by saying the food was good but the inside was disgusting! We told the manager and she said ?yes I am aware?.... Then took 20 minutes to bring someone in to clean the kids area. We moved from the main restaurant to kids area because it wasall the same level of nasty so it didn?t make a difference where we sit. A sock left over by someone before us. And a nevercleaned play place. Bathroom didn?t look like it had been cleaned since the day before. Read more
Nobody at register to take order. Was told to order through the mobile app inside. Placed my order received a blank receipt.... Asked how I was supposed to know what my number was for my PAID order. Associate told me there was no ink to print and I shouldhave seen my number on the screen and she didn?t know what to do!! To top it off I Ordered a cheeseburger Happy Meal and got aburger with no cheese. Your associates should be aware of what?s going on and put a sign letting paying customers know!!
