This location has a very unorganized system in place for morning rush and overall. The employee's are eating donuts in front... counter while there is a long line outside in drive thru wrapped around the gas station as well. There were about 7 customerswaiting on their orders and their kiosks aren't working properly either. This is very unacceptable service, especially forhaving 7-10 employees as well on one order and nothing was moving smoothly like a McDonald's used to be or most still are, butthis location is repugnant I recommend closing the store or retraining even the management. They forgot one whole meal, the burger the fries and the drink from a simple 3 meals that we ordered. How bad can you screw up... an order? And this is not the first time too apparently, since almost everyone leave one star review for them. This is easily one of the worst Mcd's in El Paso. They consistently mess up and/or forget orders. They will make repeated and... odd excuses for why you cannot order food. About 40% of the delivery orders I receive for this location They claim they cannotsee or complete but will not cancel or turn off system on their end. It can be noted that many of the staff are often soinebriated They cannot hardly remember what they just asked you. They also use it as a front to sell Marijuana to their friendswhich is a poor use of an actual business. Read more

If i could give it double negative i wouldm Did an online order for curbside pickup and the designated parking for curbside was... filled will cars not for curbside. I had to get down to pick up order and the excuse I was given was the employees couldn't sayanything because they didn't want to offend anyone. Then when my order was ready I checked the bag and on the burgers washalfway wrapped with the burger hanging out and the mcriv wasn't even in the container. It was thrown in the bag with one of thebuns separated from the sandwich. The employee didn't want to give his name and said he didn't have to because he was workingthe line. Whatever that means. Never again will I go back to this mcdonalds and I assure you corporate will be hearing of myexperience. Dont go to this one because ALL the employees are rude and disrespectful. Read more
