I?ve come here often and even during non peak hours am pushed to Reserved Drive Thru (drinks not even handed off). These waits... are not short and I often get cold food and forgotten items. It bothers me that the locations right off the highway with highervolume operate more efficiently. Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service on the inside. They need to hire more adults as it usually is a bunch of kids w zero... customer service skills. The last three times that I?ve been inside for food it has taken an avg of 35 mins. One time was 45mins. Orders are always wrong. Poor service overall as food comes out cold. Probably one of the worst McDonald?s I?ve been too. Forgot my mocha frappe, ordered chicken nuggets with spicy Buffalo sauce;... gave me bbq instead. Did not give me the ranch I asked for. You get McDonald?s for the convenience but was pretty inconvenientfor me to have to go through twice to get what I wanted. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. Everytime I've been there they're very slow. I was there today just after... midnight in the lobby and it took over an hour to get my order. I asked what the delay was and they didn't care just said theyonly had 3 employees. Our food was to go. When we got home the french fries were soggy. The qpc tasted like a microwave burger.The nuggets were also had a bad taste. Nothing tasted like McDonald's food. I noticed the crew was a bunch of young non caringkids. Can?t understand why this McDonald?s gets so packed. First time eating inside and it?s disgusting. trash on the counter , trash... on the floor, trash on tables and floor is sticky. The cooking areas has trash all over the floor not only that I saw one of theworkers eating while working. Last time we?re eating here. My husband even noticed that someone walked in with their dog to therestroom? I would understand if it was a service dog but it wasn?t. Managers should really take a look at this place and makesome changes. Read more
