I love McAlister's and lived in a city that had one. El Paso's location opened just recently, and I was excited to try it... instead of having to wait until visiting Las Cruces. It's a pretty long drive from me, but it was worth it. I ordered online andpicked up my order using the drive-thru, so I can't comment on the cleanliness or atmosphere of the place. However, I wasgreeted by a friendly worker and service was fast. I'd go back again. Read more

If you haven't tried McAlister Deli yet...It is a must try! This location wasn't very busy Sunday afternoon which is always nice... to relax with your friends / family. McAlisters has a special place in our heart from when we first tried it in Manhattan KS. Soit was a nice experience for us to look back on old McAlisters memories. A little more expensive then other Delis, but worth theextra $10-$15 for sure. Enjoy your meal!! ???? Read more

Tried this restaurant when I was in Fort Worth a few months back. The one here in El Paso has been opened for a month or so now... & it is just as good, actually better, than the one in Dallas... the sandwich pictured is their Italian sandwich with theircucumber & onion salad & their famous sweet tea... Such fresh ingredients & plenty of meats & veggies... if you haven't triedthis place you've got to!!! Read more

ITS ABOUT TIME THEY OPENED!!!!! Great location and looks great inside and out, as always like at every other location, the... staff is friendly, happy and always so helpful. Food is delicious and you can?t go wrong with the French dip with some extrapickle spears. 2 issues though sadly. During the rush times, there is NOWHERE to sit, the restaurant dining area seems smallfor the market and should be bigger, it?s crazy when there are more people in line than seats available and it causes a fightover an open table Also, the mens bathroom was just inspected at 1, order taken at 1:33 but the floor was unbelievablysticky, sticky to the point that your shoes stick to the rest of the floor in the restaurant..yuck. We are SO happy that this restaurant is finally open in our neighborhood. We ordered online for lunch and picked up in the drive... through and the group LOVED it. I, myself, loved it so much that I ordered it again for dinner for the family which was just asfantastic. Vanessa, the manager on shift, was incredibly sweet; she demonstrated customer service skills in a market where thatis sadly lacking. It was extremely appreciated! We?ll absolutely positively be back?and soon. Read more
