The food was great but it took a while for me to get me order. I came to dine in. I ordered my meal was was never notified when... it was ready. I had to go back up to the counter to ask about my food only to find out, it had been ready and sitting there fora while. I was the only customer in the store. Ordered pizza for pick up at 719 tonight they told me 45 minutes, I arrived at 805 my 2 pizzas weren?t ready and on top of that... the order was canceled because of someone?s mistake, I asked for the manager and they said he left because he cut himself. theyare really busy so I?m trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but still my order was completely messed up by whoever isanswering that phone and I didn?t get offered anything other than the guy saying it was canceled. I agree with a recent post about this location not answering calls to place an order or not being able to place an online order.... Was on hold for over 20mins, and call was dropped. Have never had this chain before but was really excited about trying it from reviews and menu. Other people giving really low... ratings. Complain about phone service. Used online ordering got a coupon for doind so and pizza was done 10 minutes early andtastes amazing. Love the mix of American and Italian pepperoni. Think low ratings might have to do with a competing shop twospaces over but that's a guess. Who still calls in orders? Read more

I wish I could give it a 5, but I just can?t. I do hope managers see this and correct the small issues before bigger issues... start. First time we ordered was about a week ago, their online ordering wasn?t set up (or it just wasn?t working). Placed myorder over the phone. Was placed on hold, completely understandable. Asked for a pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños on oneside, and I got a pizza with jalapeños on one side and pepperoni on the other. Again, I can see where there was confusion. Buttoday, I ordered online and checked 3 times before placing the order to make sure that the pepperoni and jalapeños were on thesame side.
