I must first say I am not Mexican nor Mexican American, i am hispanic but of darker complexion. I ordered my meal, then behind... me in line were 4 or 5 Mexican or Mexican Americans. Well, to my surprise, everyone and I mean everyone of the 4 or 5 peoplebehind me in line got their food ahead of me.. I respectfully asked Teresa at the cash register why did everyone behind me gottheir orders and I'm still waiting to get my order? Her response was ludicrous. This restaurant definitely favors a certainkind of people. If you don't fall into that category of people, expect to be treated as a second class citizen.. sad but true. Read more

Luby's catered our office's Thanksgiving luncheon last week and Teresa went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out... perfectly. We had the wrong kind of chafing trays and she offered to lend us some without any hesitation. Fantastic service! Read more

I took my mom for Thanksgiving and most of the staff was just so rude and I mean rolling their eyes kind of rude. It was so... uncalled for, it's not our fault they made you all work on a holiday. The food was not as good as we remember either, mydaughters tenders were hard and rubbery. My mom's chicken fried steak was super tough and it just wasn't a great experience atall. We lost our immediate family and we only have each other, we had hoped for a wonderful meal and it turned out to be ahorrible one. For the inflated price? Should have been way better! Read more
