Waste of time and money! I ordered two family meals and a drink using the online service. (Main dish with rice and beans, chips... and salsa included according to the menu) At the estimated "ready" time, I recieved a text that the reaturant was busy andthere was a 35 to 45 minute delay. When I got there I only saw two cars in the parking lot. I went inside to not be greeted orseated. I did see half my order sitting on a service counter getting cold. One of the servers asked my name then about 3 minuteslater confirmed that I had ordered two family packs. Another customer was standing at the payment counter visibly upset. Shesaid she called her order in and arrived 25 minutes later only to wait more than an hour. At this point my food was already 20minutes late, plus the 45 minute delay. I went ahead and took a seat since we were made to wait this extended amount of time. While waiting, no one offered water or asked if we needed anything. They didnt even offer to bring the drink thay I ordered. Inthe end I found out that they didnt even have the flavor of drink thay I ordered from their online menu. Another 7 minutespassed and finally our food was brought out. It was in plastic bags that were double knotted so I was not able to check ifeverything was correct. I asked if the chips were in the bag and was told that the online menu is wrong but I could pay extrafor them. I told the girl behind the counter that they seriously needed to get it together and update their online menu, sincethe drink was not available and the meals dont include chips. I left. I could hear the manager yelling "what'd she say, huhhuh." Per the online confirmation, they were supposed to ask for an ID to make sure my order wasn't picked up by some randomperson, not surprised thay they didnt even ask for one at all. Worst service ever! We ordered for delivery and had many many problems. First, the order was an hour later (and we even ordered... more than an hour in advance). When we called about it when it was only 10 min late they said they hadn't come because theydidn't know where the street was ??? Then made an excuse about being short staffed. Then instead of offering an apology oranything just told us that if we didn't want to wait for the food they'd just cancel the order. Once the driver finally got onhis way he got lost several times even with us giving him directions. When i asked if he used Google Maps to get here he said hedidn't know how to work it. How are you going to be a delivery driver and not know how to use Google maps?? I ordered steaktacos and apart from the food being cold and stale by the time it got it me, the meat wasn't even steak! It was a mix of a fewsteal pieces and the rest clearly pork. Never ordering from them again. Horrible food and worse service. Read more

I placed an order over the phone for pick up. They said it would take about 15-20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later and they... said someone would be right with me so took a seat. 20 minutes later I was starting to wonder where my order was so I politelyasked about it. She asked me under what name and I told her and all three waitresses took off to the kitchen area and another 15minutes passed by without them even acknowledging me or letting me know at least that it was almost ready or something at least.So literally what was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, an hour after I placed my order I walked out empty handed and stillhungry.
