Food is good. Its not the best, but it is a fast food joint. Dont expect super expensive sit in seafood specialty "takes 60... minutes for the food to be ready" quality. That being said, it is good. As far as portions go, i mean you get what you pay for.If you get a combo its the drink, the food and 1 side reasonably priced. You order a platter it is more pricey but you get morefood. For example, one of the platters with drink is about 14.00 bucks BUT you get 2 fish planks, 3 chicken pieces, 2 sides and2 of those super awesome hush puppies. The only inconvenience i see is that although they close at 10pm, by 8pm most of thedinning room is closed off so they can clean. Nothing major since i work in retail i know that closing time is not go home time.After closing, you still need to clean, restock, close the cash box, and prepare things for the next day, which means you haveto usually stay about 1 hour longer. So i dont fault them for wanting to get ahead on the cleaning. The service is good. Thestaff is polite, helpful, and patient since some of us have kids, women, or señior citizens with us and they never know whatthey want. So extra points for the staff. Do recommend. Read more
The customer service and french fries are good, but that is where is stops. How this fast food restaurant has an overall 4 star ... review makes me wonder what people consider good food. The place is worn out and old looking. In fact I didn't know thisfranchise still existed. The fish is so greasy with an off taste that has upset my stomach. What a strange breading they use onthe fish. I need to remind myself never go to Long John Silvers again in my life. Over the years these franchises cut back onproduct quality and they have finally hit bottom. Read more
Great Fish plate orders. Good people Service and Excellent interaction with Customers. People come all the way from West El... Paso to done or take out. That speaks volumes. Especially the best tasting green beans. Most other restaurants or Fast Foodplaces don't even offer a vegetable side dish and good tasting. Best in town. Read more
Staff is awesome. Service is quick. You have to ask for condiments but they also proactively ask if you want any.
Food was very prompt and manager was very attentive and willing to help in any way possible. The only reason that I put 4... instead of 5 starts was the size of the chicken!! Very thin and not alot of meat.But other than that very good experience atthis location. Read more
The rice and the corn were cold when they served my plate. That is the reason for my 4 star rather than 5. Other than that the... food was alright. Ended up spending around $25.00 total for my plate and my husband's. Read more
Long John Silver?s- I really liked the food here at this restaurant, the prices here were decent, I thought it was worth the... price. I really liked the flavors of the popcorn shrimp, and the fish was really tasty as well. The fried bread didn?t taste thesame, each fried item had a different flavor. I will certainly eat here again! The employees were really nice, had the foodready at a decent time! Will return, good food, I enjoyed my time here. Read more
Quiet and clean. The food tastes great as usual. Prices have gone up but great atmosphere.
