When this location first opened, the pizza was delicious for the first month and the employees were friendly and courteous.... Things have since changed , for the past three visits we have been disappointed with not only the pizza but the service. We havebeen served pizzathat looks and tastes tlike it?s sitting there for quite some time. The pizza is very dry and you can?t see anycheese. The pizza is not thoroughly sliced which causes a mess trying to get a slice. The employee seems agitated andunfriendly, upon telling her to have a good day she closed the window without a word. You can feel the bad atmosphere there.This place served good pizza in the beginning but now it?s just not appealing. Read more
Zero starts if possible, I waited 10 minutes before getting attended. Got rung up wrong and paid 4 times the normal total. Then... when I ask to help fix the issue they want to charge me again. Sadly I walked out empty handed and now have to wait 5 businessdays before I can get my refund. Sad when you can't feed your son because of their mistakes. Prices are actually higher than their menu states in the actual store. Also very questionable cleanliness. I watched this... employee touch and talk on her phone while assembling multiple pizzas the entire time I was there, bare-handed and never washedthem. Gross. I won?t be coming back here again. Had order an online pizza and cheesy bread sticks which was said to be around 8:50-9 pm on Tuesday night. When arrived at 9pm I... asked about my order and the young blonde lady in the front had said it was still going to take another 7 min. She was speakingas if she was not aware about my order and still needed to make it. When I finally got my pizza it wasn?t even cut.The food wasgood however, hopefully next time there will be someone working who will have the pizza ready on time and cut properly. Read more
Under terrible management. New employees are serving food that has been going dry for hours instead of serving customers fresh... baked pizza. This place needs the new employees to be properly trained and serve pizzas only through out the time threshold, notsell them to the customers to avoid baking new pizzas. This is unacceptable especially many hours before closing. No reason foremployees to not care about customer satisfaction. I have purchased many times throughout the last few years at this locationand could say this is the worst customer experience i have received the last couple of times. I don't know why but this Little Caesar's pizza crust is so good, it's fluffier, soft, and has a much better flavor than the... Little Caesars on Lee Trevino, their crust is flat, has no flavor, and it is kinda hard. I live closer to the one on Lee Trevinobut I rather drive a little bit further and get a much tastier pizza at this George Dieter Little Caesars pizza. It's worth thedrive! Read more
