Ordered online for a pickup at 4pm, arrived 20 minutes late and the pizza still wasn't ready. Had to wait 5 minutes while... listening to abnoxious "gangsta" music (as the store manager called it when he stepped in). There are other reviews withsimilar issues as this. I ordered pizza through the app and opted to pick it up. I arrived after the guaranteed time, an hour later, gave the cashier... my name and she retorted in the rudest way possible, "Who?", with a look of disgust on her face, as if I insulted her by sayingmy name. Then she came back and informed me that they didn't have an ingredient. I asked why I wasn't informed of the missingingredient at anytime within the past hour that I had waited. She rolled her eyes and told me she was too busy. She threw 2regular pepperoni on the counter, muttered under her breath and walked away. The pizza was not only not what I ordered, but washorribly made. It was the worst I have ever seen. I will definitely not go back to this Little Cesar's any time soon. If youwant a well made pizza and a friendly interaction with the staff, I recommend that you go a little out of the way and go toanother pizza shop. Read more

Worst customer service. The music was so loud couldn?t place my order. The girl taking my order kept putting me on hold, I could... hear her laughing & squealing in the back ground before she dropped the phone and hung up on me twice!! I repeated my ordermultiple times only to show up and not have my pizza ready. I was then promised it was cooking and would be out in 5 min. 20minutes later when I asked about my pizza I was met with a blank stare. Same when I asked for a refund and when I asked for thestore manager. A guy finally came out to help her but he was just as clueless as she was! I used the app to order a pick up order. I received an email at 6:08pm that my order was ready. Showed up (the only customer in... line) and was told my order was NOT ready. That it hadn?t been made yet. I waited another 30 minutes and was not even given anapology for the wait time!! Several people who showed up after received their orders quicker than I did. So they stopped serving $5 pizzas here or something is up for only having the $7-8 pizza with bread sticks choice. Don't know if... they're trying to accomplish something doing this, but it's gone on for a couple of months now. Update 5/15/22: I was told itwas going to be $6.27 after I clearly asked for a $5 hot-n-ready. But wasn't surprised to still find they don't make them. Whatto call it? False advertisement, price gouging? Ordered in the drive thru the classic pizza (which were not ready). Tried to offer me the extra bestest which I didn't want I... told them I would wait for the classic! I paid and was asked to wait out front they would bring it out to me! I was ok withthat, but after waiting 25 minutes in my car seeing car after car order and drive off I was getting irritated. I walked insidewaited about 5 minutes for someone to actually come to the front of the store! When I told the girl I've need waiting 25 minutesfor my order she asked what I ordered then pulled to classics out the oven behind her and breadsticks! Was very disappointed when I went today and ordered the 3 meat treat that wasnt that meaty. I was also told they had a deal of... buy a 3 meat and get the extra most best for free and that didnt happened. If you have a promotion make sure you go through itand not lie to the people just take make profit. $10.00 for a pizza that supposedly has meat didnt have it. Disappointed.
