Barbacoa is really mushy, almost like it was put in a blender. There?s no meat just, mashed & liquid textured.
We had gorditas, no flavor in the guisados and Gorditas were falling apart.
Great tasting guisados and you can choose from corn or flour gorditas. They also serve breakfast plates and menudo. Great... customer service from the fine ladies at the front desk. Read more
I ordered a menudo for the first time here, their gorditas and barbacoa are good. However the menudo, I can?t believe I paid... what I did to get pure liquid and three pieces of meat. Literally there was not a hominy in my cup. I thought it was some kindof joke. Read more
