Hospitality could use a lot of improvement since our party was excited to visit this restaurant for the first time and were... greeted with no smiles. We also waited for our appointed reserved seating for another 15min and while seating at entrance bar,the guy bartender (maybe supervisor) could've shown Hospitality as well. Food was excellent though. Our habashi cook was awesomeand very entertaining. Servers were great, very attentive. I would think with our $200 bill, Koze could've made us feel like VIPcustomers. Hopefully next time, we get complimentary items for waiting. Read more
