I go here every Saturday at around 10:30 when I go out to the shooting range, I get the famous bowl with no gravy(not a gravy... guy) only once did I have bad chicken, other than that it?s a great place. Even had the chicken sandwich combo a while back andit was pretty good. One downside to this place which is why they lost a star is the drive thru headset and speaker system are abit outdated, besides that good food for a decent price! Read more
Let me start out by saying I have had much trouble at different locations but this location is the best in El Paso. The staff... let me know right when I walked in what was not available to order, they were apologizing but I was walking in a little close toclosing. Lucky me I had great staff who were inviting, and what i wanted they had enough of. I wish every store was like this. Read more
Had a long day, wanted some chicken tenders. Didn't have those, which I can understand to an extent. What I don't understand,... after specifically asking for cole slaw, was the mashed potatoes I got. This wouldn't be so bad if I wasn't looking forward tothe slaw so much, but the potatoes are SO PLAIN. I really wish I could have been taken care of properly. Especiallu seeing as Iwas still in OCPs. Well, this was a quite disappointing one. 1. I wanted wings, but the were out. It happens. 2. I said fries, but they gave me... mashed potatoes. 3. No sweet lightning mountain dew. 4. Spoke to 3 people in drive thru. 5. My biscuit was already brokenin half and dry. 6. My chicken was bland, as in they didn't follow the Colonel's recipe. Being near a military base and servingthis, this chicken deserves a dishonorable discharge. Follow the review history, too many bad reviews for this place to stay inbusiness. They earned the 2 stars because I was in and out if the drive thru in no time, that's also because none of the food that I got... was fresh!!! My chicken sandwich didn't have any pickles and hardly any mayonnaise and it was hard to bite into because it hadbeen sitting for God knows how long. The fries tasted great but we're very old because they were hard to chew and you can tellthey weren't fresh. Nothing was made fresh...I bought enough food for a family of 5 and it wasn't worth the money I spent. Iwill keep going to Popeyes, if you want a chicken sandwich then get it from popeyes...hands down 10 times better!!! Read more
