It's been awhile since having KFC. always delicious years ago and the same today, delicious. The restaurant including bathroom... was clean and pleasant. Service was excellent. Only 2 disappointments: a healthier option would be nice, like grilled chickendishes, and maybe watch the dining room closer. During my visit a stranger was walking around the dining room telling everyoneto throw away their trash, take care of their trash. Seemed homeless but not dangerous. Maybe he was just an environmentalist. Ilistened, said nothing and he went away. He wasn't frightening. Anyway, I'd eat here again. The food and service waswonderful!! Read more
Polite staff had my food out quickly. Great food. My Hot Chicken tenders weren't too oily or too dry. They were just right and... had a nice spicy kick. The seasoned fries were pretty good. And the peach Mountain Dew goes good with everything. Read more
Avoid this location. I have been here 3 time in one month -- 2 of the 3 times the chicken was dry and luke warm. I was here... today 1 hour before closing and the staff had put everything away. The food prep counters were sparkling clean. The floor wasbeing moped. The chicken in the warmers was 45 minutes old. I asked if they could make me some fresh chicken and the ladyreluctantly said yes, but that it would talk 30 to 45 minutes. She made a sour face at me. Yeah. I got the memo! The staffdoes not care to proide quality food nor do they care about the brand. Never come within 2 hours of closing - The staff willrun you out. Obviously, this lack of service comes from the top. No sure if this is a franchise or corporate, but there is nohotline to report this sinking ship. So sad to see this brand go by the waste side. Avoid this KFC. This place is a joke took them almost half an hour to do a one meal order and they still had the audacity to be smarta**es. And... they were still asking me how did my order come prepared isn't it their job to know. This taste of this KFC is not different from other in El Paso. But this outlet is a bit slow ok n drive though. Also they are... not responsive regarding the orders, cause they forgot about small things like catch-up, no ice mentioned etc. But overall good. Read more
