It's been reinforced as to why I usually don't eat at KFC. It sucks. I went today and ordered a 3 piece white meat combo,... crispy. Ended up paying almost $13 for stale dried out wing, if you could call it that, couldn't make out what it was and 2breasts that were just luke warm and as dry as the wing. The mashed potatoes were barely warm. The place I usually go tocharges about $9 for a white meat spicy combo and the only reason I didn't eat there was because the dining room was closed.They serve 1 breast and 2 wings which is fine with me and usually the meat is moist and tender. I ended up taking one breasthome to feed to my dogs so as not to just throw it away. Read more

Went around 2pm to order a family meal and a Mac n Cheese bowl, they said they were out of pop corn chicken for the day ????. We... ordered a spicy chicken sandwich instead but when I got I home it was a regular chicken with a slap of spicy sauce. Family mealwas ok, chicken was ordered extra crispy and it was soggy. WHERE IS THE MANAGER??? Should be less than 1 star but was not an option. Drove up to the window and had to keep saying hello to... get their attention. After seeing the chicken sandwich commercial I wanted one. I live 3 minutes from this location. Sandwichsure didn't look like the one advertised but was still nice and hot. Looked at to see why so dark. It was burnt to a crisp onthe out side. I tried another bite since the inside looked ok but realized it was a spicy chicken and super salty. I spit itout. Disgusting. The only reason I came to KFC was because I had a coupon. Sad to say the restaurant was filthy, and the food was ok at best. The... floor was greasy and almost like a slip and slide; the grease attracted a family of flies. They took 25 minutes for an 8 piecemixed order with no sides or drinks when the restaurant was nearly empty. The employees were sympathetic, but seemed to lack anymanagerial guidance. I can not in good conscience recommend that anyone should come to this KFC. Read more
decided to try again BUT I offered the 20.00 follow up, which is SUPPOSED to be 2 legs, 2wings , 2 breasts and 2 thighs. I... requested no thighs and 2 extra legs what I got was 6 FREAKING legs one decent wing and one wing which looked as though it hadalready been eaten.
