Place takes forever and when adding to order on window she was in a rush I had to repeat myself like 4 times, and then no cars... behind me and asks me to park like that makes a difference in ur drive thru numbers. I bought chicken tenders mid-week last week. While eating one I noticed it was undercooked. A few hours later I developed a... fever and got a G.I. infection. Rest of the strips along with receipt were returned a couple of days later. They refused toissue a refund. Their excuse was that the manager was not available. They advised that the manager would call me the followingday and they never did. I contacted corporate and they advised they would reach out. Read more
I absolutely hate this location. They never do my order correctly whether it be Taco Bell or KFC since this is the one that is... combined. I just wish they could at least get my order right. It usually takes about 2025 minutes to get an order from them,which is literally ridiculous. And then they act like they don?t know what they?re doing and they don?t know what?s wrong whenyour concern but it?s been 20 minutes for a single burrito. Read more

This is the second time that I place an order and again there was no extra crispy chicken ready. The point of ordering online... and getting a pick up time is for the food to be ready at that time. Plus it wasn't like a 5 minute wait, it's like a 15 to 20minute wait. Both times I ended up just getting original. They need to figure out how to work more efficiently to deliver whatthey promise. Food was good. The only reason why I gave it a 1* is because I didn't get a forks, napkins nor the honey muster dip sauce. Know... I'm sitting on my hotel room eating with my fingers. It makes me very upset to spend more than $35 on food and I can't evenenjoy it. Read more
This place says it's open at 10 and closes at 10 but doesn't do either thing accurately. Their whole menu is supposed to be... available throughout the day but close to closing they have nothing you want available to order. I can here to order at 10 andyea sure I get maybe you guys aren't ready to start taking orders right away I'm willing to wait but I had to wait severalminutes and they still hadn't opened the front doors I resort to the drive thru and they give me an attitude because I'm at thedrive thru at 10:05 and they aren't ready to take orders yet. So I tell them I'm willing to come in and they finally get on itbut it took 10 minutes and me having to plead with an unpleasant representative my case that it's already past 10 just to getsome food. I don't mind the waiting I just despise the fact that I got attitude for being here when they open. This Is why Idon't come here and the only reason I came is for someone else's food which frustrated me enough to come and leave this negativereview because it was generally an unpleasant trip and took longer than. Worst service I have ever received . From the moment we ordered to the minute we walked out. The cashier was rude and... dismissive. My grandson noticed that a piece of chicken from our order was dropped on the counter then placed back on our tray.I called the manager to inform him, he replaced the meal but then it sat on the counter because they did not bring it out to usand we never heard them call us. Difficult to call when they don?t give out numbers or take names. David Solis the so calledmanager needs to learn some skills on how to handle customers and manage his staff. Will never go back.
