Ordered a mobile order. I pulled up through the drive through, since I have an ankle injury. There were no cars in line so I... didn?t think it would be a problem. Well they refused to hand me my order through the drive through and stated I had to park andcome inside. Also I picked up the order at the exact time the app said it would be ready and fries were soggy and chicken coldand I was missing chicken pieces. What a waste Read more

This location on Montwood is ridiculous!! The service is horrible! Went through the drive thru and every single car took about... 15min, I am not making this up! When it was our turn and we pulled up the guy says hold please. We literally waited 14min Itimed it. You all new new management "new GM" asap. Business is quickly decreasing. I'm a DM for a different fast food andbelieve me, I would never allow this to happen! Guest service is everything!! Read more

Went through the drive thru or tried to...they claimed their system was down after i waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. They... couldn't serve us but they served the two cars that went before us. Denying service based on??? It has happened to me before butwith local businesses. Not a good thing for a national chain. The sad thing is every time we go its something...they don't havewhat we want to order or the order isn't correct. I had stopped going to this location altogether because the service is thatunreliable. It had been a few years tho so I went out of my way to go there this time because my daughter really wanted it...iwon't do it again. Read more

Service is horrible. They park all the cars and drive thru girl Melissa has a messed up attitude. Does not make people feel... welcomed. If you are not happy in your job find a new one. Bought a 16 pieces family pack, first they didn't asked me what type of side I wanted, they selected it for me. I had to asked... them to change them. Then we had to wait a ling tine for our order to be ready. They cleared the drive thru line first, I sawabout 10 cars take their order and leave while I waited 30 minutes for my take out. Once I arrive at home and started to servethe food, they did not included the gravy for the mashed potatoes, they only gave me 7 biscuits out of the 8 included and mostof the chicken pieces were wings. I also asked for the original and some were crispy which none of my family likes. They were 5employees at that time and none were able to get the order right. Read more
