This location on Montwood is ridiculous!! The service is horrible! Went through the drive thru and every single car took about... 15min, I am not making this up! When it was our turn and we pulled up the guy says hold please. We literally waited 14min Itimed it. You all new new management "new GM" asap. Business is quickly decreasing. Went through the drive thru or tried to...they claimed their system was down after i waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. They... couldn't serve us but they served the two cars that went before us. Denying service based on??? It has happened to me before butwith local businesses. Not a good thing for a national chain. The sad thing is every time we go its something...they don't havewhat we want to order or the order isn't correct. I had stopped going to this location altogether because the service is thatunreliable.
