I was shocked to hear that if you get the Nashville Hot chicken tenders alone you have a up charge on them. I was not going to... pay dang near $15.00 plus dollars for four tenders. Other than that the food I did get was good. Just over priced on some items. Read more
I don't know why I keep coming here. Everytime I do, they give me the wrong order. I always ask for the spicy chicken sandwich... and they give me original, drinks are always wrong and there is always something missing as well. And the girl employees alwayshave a look on their face like its a big task to help out the customer. Read more
Normally I don?t write reviews but this order just disappointed me. My Nashville Hot tenders were dry and rubber with barely any... sauce. Also somehow my 6 piece tender standalone was 5 dollars more expensive than a regular 5 piece combo which was weird andbothered me. My wife?s chicken sandwich also was rubbery and old. Drink had no flavor and she went in to let the staff know butthey didn?t do anything about it (probably because there were only 3 people working). Overall quality was just poor. We just left from this store a few minutes ago and after getting home, about 10 minutes, we discovered that the workers didn't... include two extra sides, large sides, that we ordered and paid for. Yes, it's partly our fault for not checking the contents ofthe bags before leaving but, it's also on them for not making sure that their customers' entire order has made it into the bags,when people take food to go. I doubt we will be returning to this location again after this experience. Read more
KFC at night...this might be because they were closer to closing maybe or because they were slow but this is right in the middle... for me. The chicken was nice and seasoned and the fries were fresh and had a good crunch and seasoning to them without tastingold. Even my mountain dew was right in line without tasting old or not sweet enough. The drive thru attendant who took myorder was pleasant. The downsides were that I tried ordering three things that they were out of (wings, sweet tea, sweetlightning dew), I had a long wait to receive my food, my biscuit was rock hard, I couldn't even bite into it and just threw itaway, I saw two workers eating while I was waiting and they looked at me like I was crazy, and the person who handed me my foodlooked at me like I disturbed him from listening to his music in his earpods and never said a word to me. They rarely have the breasts for the family meals and offer wings & thighs instead. I've been through this numerous times and... thought ( How can a wing or thigh make up for a breast?) They should offer a discount or suggest a wing or thigh meal. Whyshould I keep paying for a meal They can not provide and that I have to pay more for than a wing or thigh meal? They took forever with my order when it was not busy. I ordered six tenders and a mashed potato? they asked me to move up and... wait - mind you, there were no cars behind me. I waited over ten minutes, only to find out once I got home that I was only giventhe tenders and not the mashed potatoes. Definitely not an efficient location compared to others.
