Very good sandwiches, fast service. I ordered 4 sandwiches to go, and they do the best looking packaging out there. Very neatly... stacked in a paper bag. My daughter loves the crunchy ice of their soda machine. The pickles are very good. The only unfortunatething is that we live outside of the 5 minute delivery window, so I have to go pick them up I checked Google maps, and it says 5minutes, not sure why they can't deliver here at but that's ok, I can go get them, I would definitely do more business with themif they delivery, but maybe the universe is telling me not to eat so many of their sandwiches. God knows I should just some lbs. Read more
This five-star review is for the guy juggling an insane amount of sandwich orders completely solo on a busy weekend. My receipt... says his name is Zachary. He was truly up to his neck in to go orders as well as in person visits. I felt overwhelmed for him,but must commend him on maintaining such a great attitude and calm demeanor. Despite the amount of sandwiches he was busymaking, he's still greeted every single guest that came in the door and spoke to them to manage their expectations of the timeframe for getting their sandwich. If management is reading this, this employee is a rockstar, but like a precious reviewermentioned... get this poor dude some help before he finds somewhere less stressful to work! Read more

After picking up my sandwich and arriving at home, I noticed it had been slathered with the dressing I requested not be placed... on it. I went back to tell them and they made me a new sandwich without any hassle or additional cost. It tasted great. Read more
Great customer service. I saw the previous manager of the UTEP mesa location working there. Hopefully he'll lead the place to a... great direction. Made it just in time before the swarm of high school kids. I would hate to be stuck eating with an army (15+)of high school kids crowding the whole place. Wish the location had more seating.
