The sub was great no complaints there but the music was very loud to the point that we could not hear the server and they had a... hard time hearing our order. Then we sat down to eat and I went to the cashier to see if they could lower it and they did not.First time that this place has music and it was loud. Overall decent experience. It took a little while to get my order out, but it's understandable with the number of people that... were there. My main issue is that I tried ordering online and on the app both, but the promotional code given to me wasn'tworking. I had to go to the store to order so that I could get the discount. Great customer service! Idk the names of who helped me but it was on 9/9/22 around 6:00. I?ve never been to a jersey mike?s... before and man I had a great experience. The gentleman who was on meats and cheese was awesome! The guy who prepared my sandwichmade me feel acknowledged. The manager and cashier are the best of the best! Please give everyone a raise!
