This particular Jack in the Box used to be horrible. I would avoid it at all cost. That being said, recent visits have changed... my mind. The food was at a good temperature, good portions, and the staff was exceptional. While it still has to convince mefully for a 5 star review it is leaps and bounds from where it was pre-pandemic. My orders are usually wrong. There is always something missing or the fries are terribly cold. I constantly have to ask for them... to make fresh ones. I would give it one star but they get an additional 1 because Shane has the best customer service there. Read more
I normally drive through early morning approximately 4 am. For the most part everyone is cordial but here lately the male... workers are reluctant to take orders through drive thru area. This is the only restaurant open at this time and convenient for me to use. I have offered to pre pay, and they aren't willing to help. I realize your computer is updating. Came here a few nights and staff is quick. The food is fresh and hot. But the guy at the drive thru was very personal and didn't... rush me. I haven't been to Jack's Box(copyright) in about 2years. I was invited by a friend and Rafael, the Asst. Manager helped us. ... You can tell, he is very good with people.. .that's what I like. Overall, the inside was clean and the cutomer service from Mr.Rafael was most excellent and the team in the background was busy keeping things moving and took good direction. Came in on a Sunday morning in September. French toast sticks were hard and Supreme Croissant was cold. I was there 45 minutes... and a huge dead roach was dead on the floor 3 feet from the order counter the entire time time I was there. I knew the managersaw it because he walked around it and the employee cleaning the floor never picked it up after he finished. I told the managerto please have someone pick it up because it wasn?t exactly appetizing to see it as you are eating or ordering the food. He juststared at me, didn?t say anything, just stared at me. I stayed an additional 10 minutes and it was never picked up. Really is itso hard to use that broom to sweep a bug out the door? Customer after customer came in and saw it and had to walk around it.You?d think that would be the manager of a restaurant?s first thought to get that bug picked up so customers don?t see it. Iguess the roach was a long time customer and can stay as long as the employees are concerned. Doesn?t anyone care over there? Read more
