I have to say that the food was hot and freshly cooked but they must have changed suppliers on some of the products. The stuffed... jalapeños used to be my favorite, but the ones they are using now taste very bland and seem to be absorbing the fryershortening and I was ingesting alot of oil with every bite. Based on my experiences here, the food has been pretty good overall. However, on my last order, it was not fulfilled accurately.... They gave me two items that I did not order and added an additional item on my burger that I did not ask for. I was notsatisfied the last time coming here. Despite the lack of attention from the employee(s) that messed up my last order, the foodtasted fine. Customer service is normally decent. Wait time at the drive-thru is average. Would maybe come back here again andmaybe recommend. Read more

I'll update pictures when I get a chance this my favorite jack in the box in the entire El Paso region I come here all the time.... Moving forward, you ever seen a jack n the box commercial and say to yourself I wish the food looked that way? Well, this spotthis specific one & I've been to them all, makes the food so got damn delicious! Kudos and props to this jack n the box Ifreaking love you guys! Terrible service, in the drive thru, waited 12 minutes for one car ahead. And tacos were raw, salads was good . But customer... service is terrible. Was handed food after 12 minutes cold and raw the one other car that was ahead of us was getting some typeof refund cause they were never handed food . Is why my food was cold . And drive thru gal, looked fed up . Thanks for the reply, I know Jack in the box is a great company, I worked for one many many years ago , and still know people that are employedwith them and have been for over 20 years from shift leaders to management. The drive thru is terrible and after a long wait they forget to tell you their card reader doesn't work. The experience with the... person that was supposed to take my order was pretty rude. Like Tom Petty said, "don't come around here no more." Read more
Always good but my hash brown looked as if they fried it way too much. Tried to put ketchup on it but I couldn't eat it
The guy on the drive thru right now got my whole order wrong. Gave me the wrong sandwich. Curly fries instead of french fries.... Taco sauce instead of ketchup. The food tasted horrible and greasy. This place is guetto. Read more
